Welcome to Synced Stream (“we”, “our”, “us”), a digital content platform operated by Synced Creatives Ltd, registered in Uganda. By accessing or using our website https://syncedstream.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Synced Stream
Synced Stream provides digital movie and video content available for purchase and download online. Access to content is granted after successful payment via supported payment methods, including mobile money and card payments processed through Flutterwave.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:

You have permission from a parent or legal guardian
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
3. Digital Products & Access
All products sold on Synced Stream are digital files
Once payment is confirmed, a download link is provided
Download links:
Are time-limited
May have download limits
Are intended for personal use only
We reserve the right to disable access after the allowed period expires
No physical products are shipped
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Flutterwave
We do not store your mobile money or card details
Prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise
You are responsible for any mobile money or transaction charges imposed by your provider
5. No Refund Policy (Digital Content)
Due to the nature of digital content:
All sales are final
No refunds or exchanges once a download link has been issued
Exceptions may be considered only if:
Payment was successful but no download access was provided
A verified technical error occurred on our side
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content available on Synced Stream is protected by copyright laws
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share purchased files
Upload content to other platforms
Circumvent download restrictions
Unauthorized use may result in account suspension and legal action
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack, bypass, or manipulate download systems
Share private download links with others
Upload or distribute pirated content through our systems
8. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including:
Flutterwave (payments)
Google Drive (file delivery)
We are not responsible for:
Downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms
Policy changes by these providers that affect file access
9. Account & Order Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access without notice if these terms are violated
Cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Synced Stream is not liable for:
Loss of data
Failed downloads due to user network issues
Device incompatibility
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product
