At Synced Stream, we sell digital content (movies and related media) delivered electronically. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products – No Automatic Refunds

All products sold on Synced Stream are digital files or digital access links. Once a purchase is completed and access to the content is granted, the sale is considered final.

Because digital files can be copied or consumed immediately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once:

  • A download link has been generated, or

  • The file has been accessed or downloaded, or

  • The access period has started.

2. Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Considered

We may consider a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure on our side, such as:

    • The download link does not work and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time

    • The file provided is corrupted or incomplete and cannot be replaced

  • Duplicate payment, where you were charged more than once for the same order

  • Incorrect content, where the file delivered is not the one advertised

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Situations Where Refunds Will NOT Be Issued

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You change your mind after purchase

  • Your device, internet connection, or storage cannot support the download

  • You fail to download the file within the allowed access period

  • The content does not meet personal expectations (e.g. storyline, quality preference)

  • The issue is caused by third-party apps, browsers, or network providers

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • The email or phone number used for payment

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Screenshots or proof where applicable

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Mobile Money or Flutterwave-supported channel).

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds where we suspect:

  • Abuse of the refund policy

  • Repeated refund requests

  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of download links.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of Synced Stream constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
